Continuously deepen the ESH system management and build a comprehensive workplace health and safety management ecosystem:

① Give priority to protecting employees' occupational health

The company implements a complete occupational disease prevention management system and organizes regular occupational health check-ups for employees; carries out regular monitoring of the plant's three wastes (wastewater, waste gas and solid waste) on time, and updates the testing and assessment report on occupational hazard factors. Social insurance is paid for all employees, and daily working hours and overtime hours are strictly in accordance with the PRC Labor Law to protect the employees' legitimate labor rights and interests.

② Implement high-standard production environmental protection control

The project strictly follows the EIA approval process and implements the "three simultaneities" system for environmental protection facilities. It has successfully passed the independent environmental acceptance inspection of completed construction projects and holds a pollutant discharge permit in accordance with the law. The production workshop is equipped with a full set of environmental protection facilities such as waste gas treatment, ventilation and noise reduction, and solid waste storage, and strictly implements the regular replacement and maintenance system for activated carbon; conducts regular monitoring of waste gas, noise, and solid waste pollutants to ensure that all emissions are stable and up to standard. All production processes meet the requirements of environmental protection regulations, and all types of packaging materials comply with the EU PPWR (Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation) compliance standards.

③ Build a compliant green supply chain

Relying on its mature environmental, safety and occupational health management capabilities, the company has deeply cultivated the new energy power industry and has become a compliant green supplier in the industry. While delivering high-quality products to customers, it strictly adheres to social responsibilities and environmental protection control standards.

With its mature ESH comprehensive management strength, the company has now obtained the EcoVadis Silver Medal rating.
